Legal
Terms of use.
These terms cover your use of the OperBot website. Use of the OperBot product is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing here replaces it.
The site is informational
Everything on this site describes what OperBot is designed to do. Descriptions of planned capability, roadmap items, and compliance intent are statements of design direction, not commitments, warranties, or certifications. Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract.
Ownership
The site, its copy, its design, and the OperBot name and marks belong to HSNC Tech LLC. You may read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy the design or the copy wholesale, or use the OperBot name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not agreed to.
Third-party marks and images
The ARM Institute and Realist Lab names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe factual affiliations. Their presence is not an endorsement of OperBot by either organization. Photography is licensed from Pexels; the people and facilities shown are not OperBot customers and their appearance implies no relationship with OperBot.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, HSNC Tech LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
